Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping. We also offer express shipping for $9.99, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

We ship to most countries worldwide, except for some restricted regions. You can check the list of countries we ship to here. If your country is not on the list, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We use reliable and reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your orders. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped, so you can track its status and location online.

Delivery Times

We process and ship your orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Customs Fees and Taxes

Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes on your order. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are your responsibility to pay.

We will declare your order as a gift or a low-value item to minimize the chances of being charged customs fees or taxes. However, this is not a guarantee and we cannot control how your country’s customs officials will handle your order.

If you refuse to pay the customs fees or taxes, or if your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will not issue a refund or reship your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional fees that may apply.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the item reaches us safely. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to ship your return. We are not liable for any lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund or exchange. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that some banks may take longer to process the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value if the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order.
